FAQ

FAQ

Can your systems be customized for my local power supply?

Absolutely. We provide full customization for international power standards, including 110V–480V, 50Hz/60Hz, and Single/Three-phase configurations to ensure seamless integration with your local industrial facility.

What is the maximum TDS level your RO system can handle?

Our standard DCRO units are optimized for Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) up to 2,000 ppm. For brackish water (up to 10,000 ppm) or seawater, we offer specialized BWRO and SWRO series equipped with high-rejection membranes.

Is the system fully automatic?

Yes. Our systems feature advanced PLC control with real-time monitoring of conductivity, pressure, and flow rates. It includes automated flush cycles and safety shut-offs to protect the membranes and high-pressure pumps from damage.

Is the installation difficult for international clients?

Not at all. Our skid-mounted units are designed for “Plug & Play” operation. Every system is pre-assembled, pre-wired, and rigorously tested in our factory. Upon arrival, you only need to connect the water inlet, outlet, and power supply.

How often do I need to replace the consumables?

Replacement cycles typically follow these guidelines: PP Filters (3–6 months), Activated Carbon (6–12 months), and RO Membranes (12–24 months). These intervals depend entirely on your raw water quality and daily operational hours.

Does the system include a Clean-In-Place (CIP) function?

Yes, our industrial units include an integrated CIP system. This allows you to perform chemical cleaning of the membranes without disassembly, which significantly extends membrane lifespan and maintains high salt rejection rates.

What kind of warranty do you provide?

We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty on all major components (excluding consumables) and provide lifetime remote technical support. We stand firmly behind the “Global Reach” quality of our engineering.

How do you pack the equipment for international sea freight?

We utilize reinforced, export-standard plywood crates. The equipment is securely braced and wrapped in multi-layer protective film to prevent moisture ingress and physical damage during long-distance maritime transit.

Do you have CE or ISO certifications?

Yes, Pure Reach is an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer. Our RO systems are CE certified, meeting the rigorous safety, health, and environmental protection standards required for the European and global markets.

What is the typical lead time for an order?

For standard skid-mounted systems like the DCRO-1TD, the lead time is usually 15–20 days. Custom-engineered industrial plants may take 30–45 days, depending on the complexity of the project and specific component sourcing.
